“A Rainy Summer Midnight” - observation for Monday the 17th of June, 2019, S.E. Alaska

(During the average summer midnight, in Alaska - under clear skies, a viewer will find that the sky is unexpectedly illuminated, with many tones of color, and characteristics in beauty.)

Beneath the dense canopy of Alaskan rainforest, the rain begins a darker fall. I gaze out from under the pines to catch a glimpse of the sky. The purple glowing hues light the forest scenery through a charcoaled haze of midnight. The rain intensifies within minutes.

The trees seem to notice my presence on the forest floor, as elder spirits, in their awareness, they take notice of the person wandering through the elemental nature...

I soak up the rain and can see that there is a strong charge in the atmosphere, full of life ...

Another active darkness, similar to what was described in my observations from April 2019, is present, and smothering... it has a grasp on the volume of the area... a non-aggressive energy, only spiritually gripping.

The night temperature is cooling in comparison to the dried out summer afternoons. A slight breeze touches my arm in soothing cold drifts... lessening the stress of the hot summer sun which is absorbed in daylight hours. I would guess the temperature is 45 degrees, the precipitation is high, humidity is moderate... showers have been off and on throughout the day, the breeze feels to be at 0... just barely starting off, then meeting 5 mph for only a moment, then falling back to 0...

Weather Data:
56 degrees fahrenheit, precipitation 100%, humidity 94%, wind 5 mph, hi/lo - 56/48, rain

Moonphase: 🌕 Full Moon (100.0%)
