Most years, as is the nature of a 365-day period, in any city, state or country, there are natural occurances in the weather which appear to be patterns... in history the basic patterns of weather are obvious in the climate during the changing seasons (when summer turns to fall the temperature drops, and when fall turns to winter the temperature is not just “cool”, it can be accurately defined as “cold”, or “freezing”...). These are obvious changes which are simply facts about the year. In history, farther back on the timeline, there has been unique weather patterns; the decline or rise in temperature, which is consecutive, for a certain amount of years (in some cases, ice ages or global warming). In modern decades the height and damage of storms has been noted - in recent years there has been record-breaking earthquakes and tectonic movements, and some volcanic eruptions. In my local area, I have always caught on to yearly trends in weather which either become a two, three, or four-year period of time in which a noticed characteristic is evident in observation, and then diminishes. Some patterns still remain which began in 1998. The dust on the roads was a development in the year of 1999, and there has been an excessive amount of dust every year in the summers since then. In 2012-2015 the extra days of rainfall in Petersburg were obvious to the everyday observer... some days contained monsoon-like rains for a period of 10-15 seconds, which usually lessened after that, and in one year, there was usually three to six extra days in that year, of heavy rainfall. In some years there were 5-8 feet walls of snow. There were heavier snowfalls, or weeks in which it snowed, consecutively, for 2-3 weeks at a time. In the past three years, I’ve noticed the warmer winters, and summers also.  It was last summer that I noticed the cooling of the weather in Southeast A.K.. commonly, the combination of heat, excessive exposure to the sun, and humidity, makes the summer intolerable on some days. The most recent development in the weather which is occurring, and is somewhat pattern-like - the thick drifting or stagnant fogs which cover the entire neighborhood daily... they are rather ghostly and unusual. In October, November, December and January, I found that the average amount of fog, is about 10-20 sporadic days through that four-month season. Fog is a present and notable characteristic in those four months especially, and less-so in the summer. The unique characteristic of the weather for this year has been that the fog is moreso an everyday occurance; daily, weekly, and throughout Autumn-Winter 2018-2019. Most days there were visible traces of the whisps reaching out from the nearby groves of misty trees and patches of forest. Throughout the night (Wed. 16th - Thurs. 17th, January 2019) the same thick fog was settled and still under an equally misty cloud cover, the moon illuminated the sky and upon peering out the front door, at 2 am approximately, the colors of the atmosphere were the same beautiful purples and blues which blended with the slightly blue electric light, and in addition to this a white frosted glow stretched down from the sky in eerie Selene-like beauty (goddess of the moon, and Mother of vampires), dusted with lustre. The falling snow, which seemed more like drifting winds, seemed to materialize into molecules of ice which I awakened to as they danced, pouring down with the light winds, like waters over  the walls of my house, then before my face. Electrical Storms (on record from 2019 - 2020)

Lightning has been rare in the weather observations since the first observation in   January, 2019 ...  ( about 2 - 4 notable observations that contained a lightning storm ) - (since 1992) ... unique features of paranormality are included in the record ...   “Electrical Storm” is one label for the activity,  Gales  were also noted in the year of 2019, and all “ natural disasters ” shared similar qualities -  were unusual , this has been noted ... some individuals with unique features were witnessed at the times of the storms ... these observations were kept off of the record for some time due to threats that the weather posed at the time that the researcher was planning to document  and post the record , about the weather, (in the current archive) ... lightning patterns which were dragon-like were noted.  Currently the documentation and information about weather in Alaska  is safe to post ... and  (source for updated rec...
